A request for prayer for, Becky.

In my last post I urged you to go to Becky's blog, Sweet Cottage Dreams and check into her giveaway. I now come to you with a much different request. Becky lost her older son Jordan, on Wednesday. This is quite a shock and broke my heart. Becky is well loved and so I am sure I really don't even need to request for prayer for her, her husband and other son. I know all of you will uphold her in prayer during this difficult time. Laura has put something about this on Becky's blog. I pray peace and comfort for this family.

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope...
2 Thessalonians 2:16

I know Becky appreciates your post and prayers. Thank you for visiting my blog too. I see your son-in-law serves in the military and returned home from overseas recently. Please thank him for serving for me.
Blessings,
Lallee

A very sad time indeed for your friend. She certainly needs our prayers.

you're so sweet to offer your book...thank you for thinking of me.
I read it last year...it's such a good book!
it would be a good giveaway on your site for Valentine's Day.
You're so right, too, I'm sure Duggie is giving her comfort in a special way right now

Teresa, thank you so much for doing this sweet post for our family. We can feel that prayers have been said in our behalf. Jordan is in Heaven and that is the biggest comfort we have during this very difficult time. Yes, Duhgall gives us such love and is so devoted. I know he sensed something before we even knew what had happened. He was whining the night before and the next morning. We thought something was wrong with him, however it wasn't Doogie at all. He knew.

much love,
Becky
